Lovely dipes! Your new nursing pads... are they only for heavy leakers who have larger busts? Or will they also be for heavy leakers who have smaller busts? :)
the nursing pads should work fine for anyone, I just happen to be a big-busted heavy-leaker, so these came out of the pads I designed for myself...they are 4.5in (slightly larger than average) and I do a style with PUL on the back which was the only thing that could stand up to my letdown!!

And of course I can always do customs
